Return
Guarantee: We feel that our products are of such high quality that you will never want to return them.
However, if you are completely not satisfied with the quality of our products, simply return the items to us, in their original condition, unaltered, unworn, odor-free, unwashed, uncut, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging, within 7 days of receipt.
Product returned as defective within 7 (seven) days of purchase will be exchanged or replaced immediately after being tested by Sadicape and deemed to be within the terms and conditions.
We will pay all shipping costs if a return is a result of our error.
Refunds are for the product price at the time of purchase only.
Shipment is non-refundable.
The same credit card and shipping method submitted with your original order will apply to your refund order.
The customer takes full responsibility to package any return items in a safe manner appropriate for shipping. Should the item be damaged in transit while being returned to the company, the customer will be held liable if the packaging is deemed insufficient. In this instance, all costs will fall to the customer and the company cannot be held liable. This applies to any and all returns to the company.
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable.
Any returns due to faults outside the return window are classified as warranty claims and are to be handled via the manufacturer warranty if applicable.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
Note:
The following point do not qualify for a return:
- Older than 7 days
- Opened, unsealed, used or missing any accessories
So be 100% sure before ordering the product; by reading the description and the features of the product, and if possible, watch the video of the products.
Exchange:
Our goal is your satisfaction! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, return the product within 7 days of receipt and we will issue a credit which can be used to place a new order.
Shipping charges will apply.
The same credit card and shipping method submitted with your original order will apply to your exchange order.
Any balance remaining after your exchange will be refunded to the credit card submitted with your original order.
Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receiving your original order.
Repackage your item(s) and mail it to the address below within 7 days of receipt of the original shipment.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier.

Cancellation
For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after 24 hours of placing an order; there will be a 20% cancellation fee charged.
Warranty:
The warranty will be void should the serial number, security seal or label be tampered with or removed.
The warranty will be void if the goods have been written on, tampered with, or modified in any way.
A component that has been damaged due to negligence, mishandling, lightning strikes, or power surges will be declared void of warranty. This includes components that have been installed incorrectly, components that have been dropped after purchase, components that have liquid damage, components that have been exposed to excess dirt and heat, components that have been overclocked or forced to perform beyond their normal operating standard as set out by the manufacturer, and components that have been physically abused in any way.
