Shipping and Delivery

Any order made and paid for, before noon (11:59) on workdays will be shipped on the same working day (if all goods are in stock), weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.

To process the order quickly, it is highly advisable to write the correct details including the full delivery address.

South Africa Customers

Free Shipping within South Africa for orders over R500. A standard delivery fee of R 99.99 is due for all purchases less than R 500.

Once your order has been made and we have received your payment, your parcel will be sent off immediately for 24-hour delivery at your Doorstep.

Cape Town area:

Any order over R500, made before noon (11:59), will qualify for same day delivery.

Elsewhere in South Africa

Free 24-hour delivery to anywhere in South Africa for any order over R 500.

N.B.: For regional delivery areas, the transit time may take up to 72 hours or more. All areas far from the main city centre are classified as regional delivery areas.

International Customers

Free Shipping for International Countries for orders over R 1500 or equivalent in US Dollars, Euros, or GBP.

A standard delivery fee between R 430 – R760 (depending on the region), is due for all purchases less than R 1500, or equivalent in US Dollars, Euros, or GBP.

Once your order has been made and we have received your payment, your parcel will be sent off immediately for 2 to 5 days of delivery at your Doorstep.

All the services have a tracking number. This will also require your availability for signing the order.

Normally it takes 3 to 5 working days for the delivery. However, the delivery time can take longer than usual due to the security clearance at each country's customs department.

Shipments Delays

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

Please keep in mind that holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Backorders

Backorder items are items that are TEMPORARILY out of stock but available for purchase on our site.

If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waitlist.

We will promptly ship the item(s) upon arrival.

In addition, we will inform and update you by email with the estimated arrival date.
